Shipping & Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@selfcarebtqe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Note that $4.95 will be deducted from your refund should you choose to use our return label and mail the package to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products are subject to restrictions, and others cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
